Ephesians 6:10
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.”
God’s plan. His strength may know no bounds. When we’re feeling weak, remember how much He endured for us. Remember that God is always by our side and will guide us where we need to go. It may not seem like it at the moment, but He is leading us to salvation.
Psalm 46:1
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
When we need a support system, God is there for us. Pray to Him. Ask Him for guidance. He will give us strength to keep us on our unique journey. When we stray from our path, confide in Him to get you back on track.
2 Samuel 22:33
“God is my strength and power, and He makes my way perfect.”
Remember, we must forge ahead. Even on the days where it feels like we don’t know where we are going. We will get there. His strength will empower us to persist through the hardest of times.
Isaiah 41:10
“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”
Never be scared to ask God for help. In order to be strong, we must be vulnerable. Strength doesn’t mean always powering through our pain. Sometimes, we have to slow down, pray and ask Him for help. In turn, He will hear our prayers and guide us back to the light.
Jeremiah 17:7
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD.”
We could all be more trusting. Maybe we’re scared of being hurt. Or we’re frightful of being taken advantage of. Whatever the fear may be, we can seek out His strength to overcome our worries. Two important things to keep in mind: trust and hope. Never doubt God’s plan for us.
Romans 15:13
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”
Belief is crucial to gaining wisdom. Trust your intuition. You sought out help from the Bible, seeking additional strength. That’s the first step to becoming stronger. God made us to each have unique paths. We can do so much good for the world if we stay true to His teachings.
Colossians 1:11
“May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy.”
Patience is one of the most important themes in the Bible. When we are seeking additional strength, sometimes we have to acknowledge that there’s nothing we can do but hope and wait. When we commit to trusting God’s plan for us, we will start to be rewarded. It won’t happen overnight. But when looking for strength, put your trust in God’s path that He’s laid out for you.
1 Peter 5:10
“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”
Going through hard times builds character. Even though it hurts in the moment, hardships will build our walls even higher. We become stronger when going through trials and tribulations. Surrender to Him and let Him empower you from within.
